Brit Marc Elliot Pilcher was the makeup and hairstylist for the first season of Bridgerton and won an Emmy for his work in 2021 , along with teammates Lynda J. Pearce, Claire Matthews, Adam James Phillips, Tania Couper, and Lou Bannell.
Just three weeks after the award ceremony, the 53-year-old died on October 3, 2021 as a result of his COVID-19 illness, which occurred shortly after the award ceremony, as his agency Curtis Brown confirmed to the Hollywood Reporter at the time.
