On a trip to Mexico, college student Olivia ( Lucy Hale ), her best friend Markie ( Violet Beane ), and other friends are invited by their vacation acquaintance Carter ( Landon Liboiron ) to a supposedly harmless truth-or-dare game in a mysterious cave. Carter behaves quite strangely, but it’s only when Olivia is back home that she takes his previous warnings seriously: The game is crasser than she thought — and now her friends are part of it too.
