Hardin ( Hero Fiennes Tiffin ) is coming to terms with the fact that he now knows who his father really is, and Tessa ( Josephine Langford ) has her own problems in After Forever . Nevertheless, in the fourth film in the young adult book series, everything revolves around the relationship of the couple who met at college.
The previous three films weren’t enough to clarify whether this connection was a good idea, and although by the third film, «After Love» at the latest, the strong impression was that there was absolutely nothing substantial new to tell about Tessa and Hardin , the story only ends in “After Forever”.
