Damage to her brain caused the Mossad to lose confidence. Red (James Spader) enabled Samar Navabi to escape, but she will return for a guest appearance in the 19th episode of The Blacklist Season 9.

She was a cast member of the crime series from season 2 to season 6. But fans of the character should know: As it currently looks, the return is limited to one episode.
