A full 17 years after the end of ” Sex And The City ” (and eleven years after the second theatrical spin-off), the HBO cult series was continued in 2021 with the revival ” And Just Like That… ” – and with great success. “And Just Like That” became the most-watched original series of the still young US streaming service HBO Max and was also extremely popular in the rest of the world.
Already in the context of the season finale, which ran in February 2022, series creator Michael Patrick King was confident that we would continue to accompany Carrie ( Sarah Jessica Parker ), Miranda ( Cynthia Nixon ) and Charlotte ( Kristin Davis ) as they are now in their 50s master the pitfalls of love and family life.
