Here are the Netflix highlights of the week, April 4-10, 2022:
Monday: Serial replenishment from Korea
«Squid Game» was an absolutely outstanding series hit from South Korea on Netflix, but it is by no means the only Korean title that is available there. The romantic series “ Business Proposal ” starts today , in which a woman meets her boss on a blind date.
Tuesday: Lots of Dutch films
Netflix likes to get films in packages from other European countries in order to then publish them on the streaming service without much ceremony. On Tuesday we can look forward to four Dutch titles, Adios Amigos, Homies, Het Leven Is Vurrukkulluk and Heksen Bestaan Niet, as well as a new Korean series: Black Dog .
Wednesday: Cinema from Hollywood & Germany
One of the last films by Chadwick Boseman , who died in 2020, starts on Netflix on Wednesday: In “ 21 Bridges ”, the “Black Panther” star plays a cop who is looking for a gang of robbers and murderers on the sealed off island of Manhattan. Also in attendance: Marvel stars JK Simmons and Taylor Kitsch .
