While the Netflix stunner is a mismatched mish-mash of popular and random genre pieces, in which talented megastars take on their ever-changing roles, the Fast & Furious spin-off simply has the right chemistry between the two Testosterone Slingshots Dwayne Johnson and Jason Statham .
That’s exactly why the two «Fast» latecomers got their own offshoot in the first place — in which, according to the motto of the series, things get to the point even faster, even more crazy and even more spectacular than ever before. (The even more crass over-the-top extravaganza » Fast & Furious 9 » came after that).
What Fast & Furious: Hobbs & Shaw is all about
In the past, Secret Service agent Luke Hobbs (Dwayne Johnson) and ex-soldier Deckard Shaw (Jason Statham) have never missed an opportunity to get at each other. Accordingly, the joy is limited when the two learn that they are to work together for their latest mission — once again.
