Due to the corona pandemic, it was rather difficult in the past to invite prominent guests to the FILMSTARTS editorial team. Recently, however, the chance arose that «Jackass» members Johnny Knoxville and Jeff Tremaine made a detour to ours during their visit to Berlin. The reason for this was the launch of » Jackass Forever «, which has been available in cinemas in Germany since March 10, 2022.
Of course, we jumped at the opportunity and asked Knoxville and director Tremaine about a possible fifth part of the Chaos series and whether there might even be ideas for stunts that have not yet been realized in the future but should definitely be put into practice.
Can fans count on «Jackass 5»?
When asked if Jackass fans should expect a fifth part, Johnny Knoxville countered that you should never say never. There are no concrete plans at this point, but of course there is a possibility. Jeff Tremaine agrees and states that «Jackass 5″ is quite conceivable, even if, like » Jackass 3D » , it might take another twelve years.
