The true crime hype isn’t flattening out at all — and it’s therefore not surprising that several films about Ted Bundy have been made in recent years. After all, he is also one of the most famous real horror figures in US criminal history. If your interest in the serial killer hasn’t been satiated yet, you might be tempted by the thriller American Boogeyman: The Vampire Slayer, out March 18 for home theaters.
What sets it apart from other Ted Bundy films is that it’s sort of a companion film to another psychological thriller that’s coming out alongside it: American Boogeywoman: Angels of Death . Starring Cobra Kai star Peyton List and Saw villain Tobin Bell , the film is from the same team as American Boogeyman and follows the case of Aileen Wuornos.
