The angry and quite brutal series “Two Weeks To Live” celebrates its free TV premiere today, April 8th at 9:40 p.m. on ZDFNeo. However, the six episodes are not broadcast on a weekly basis, but all in one go! That sounds overwhelming at first, but with an episode length of just 25 minutes, the season ends at 0.05 a.m. The complete series will also be available in the ZDF media library from Saturday.

The life of Kim Noakes (Maisie Williams) is basically pretty tranquil. She grew up far away from civilization in Scotland. Her mother ( Sian Clifford ) has always influenced her with horror stories about the dangerous world and a devious government. At the age of 21, the young woman surprises all martial arts, can gut an animal and kill a person.
But a childhood trauma just won’t let go: her father was murdered before her eyes. Since then, she has vowed to seek revenge. However, Kim was a long way from implementing this plan. But a strange coincidence suddenly changes everything: Kim is shown a video that stages the end of the world in the form of a nuclear catastrophe.
Believing that she only has two weeks to live anyway, she makes a decision: she wants to use the time she has left to quench her thirst for revenge. Kim sets off on the hunt for her father’s killer and discovers that while she can fight, she doesn’t know how much cash is worth or how a hand dryer works…
