“Felix” is produced by Joe Carnahan (“Boss Level”). Directed by John Kissack . The makers themselves describe their project as “Super 8” meets “Chucky – The Killer Doll”. Two actors are already there: Jeffrey Dean Morgan plays Charlie’s father. Benjamin Evan Ainsworth plays the role of his son, who dreams of a career in filmmaking . Horror fans might know this from the Netflix series Haunted Bly Manor .

Filming is slated to begin this spring. It is not yet known when “Felix” will be in the cinemas.
Incidentally, Joe Carnahan, who only worked here as a producer and is otherwise known more for action and horror films, has also announced his own directing project at the same time: In “ Shadow Force ” he casts Kerry Washington (“Django Unchained) and Omar Sy (“ Lupin”) in scene.
